Guide
High protein meal prep made simple — batch-friendly recipes with 30g+ protein per serving, a shopping list, storage times, and a repeatable weekly plan.
Most high protein meal prep advice assumes you have four free hours and twelve matching containers. This guide does not. Every recipe here is a single pan or bowl, cooks in under 40 minutes, and portions into four servings that still taste like food on Thursday.
Pick two recipes, one grain and one tray of vegetables. That is eight meals, one grocery run, and roughly fifty minutes of actual work.
Choose one poultry or beef recipe and one plant or seafood recipe so the week does not taste identical. Two recipes at four servings each covers eight meals.
Rice, quinoa or orzo cooks unattended in the same 25 minutes your sheet pan is in the oven. Make a double batch — it is the cheapest part of the box.
Broccoli, peppers and red onion hold up best after four days. Roast at 425°F until the edges char so they do not steam themselves soft in the container.
Divide into airtight containers, cool to room temperature within two hours, and keep sauces in small lidded cups. Refrigerate 3–4 days or freeze up to three months.
